After my appointment with nurse, I phoned to thank all the staff at LCS. over the last month for the wonderful service and help given, relating to my present condition. Your service is excellent and during this period has has further extended my feelings of gratitude to all the staff members. Thanks again Eric Mitchell. 9 Falconbury Drive.

Only criticism is the considerable length of the initial phone message.

I find that as long as I persevere and am flexible I can get an appointment. I found Alison Gow pleasant, approachable and informative . She gave me my injections efficiently and with no discomfort.
